What's the best time to arrive?
Gates open at 12:00 noon. Arrive early to allow for a security search at the entrance.
What time does it end?
The festival ends around 11:00pm all 3 nights.
Will you be posting set times in advance?
Yes. Set times will be posted here a couple days before the festival.

Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event?
Not at this time. If anything opens up we'll post it here on our website.
Can I pass out flyers at the festival?
In according with our environmental goals, in order to reduce the amount of waste generated by this festival, no flyering will be permitted on the festival grounds.
Can I Bring...
Can I bring an umbrella to block the sun?
Sorry no, those block the view of other festival goers.
What about bringing in my medical prescription? For example, diabetic insulin?
You should identify yourselves to security while waiting to enter the venue. Security will point you to the medical staff, and they will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for medical needs. ALL Medical prescriptions and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the person's proper ID.
Can I bring in eye drops for my contact lenses?
Yes, but they need to be in a marked container.
Can I bring a water squirt gun or mister?
Sorry, these will not be allowed into the venue, though there might be some mister fans available for purchase onsite.
Can I bring Chapstick?
Yes
Can we bring walkie talkies?
Sure.
Are strollers allowed into the venue?
Yes, if it is for an infant/toddler.
How big is a medium backpack? / How will this be enforced?
A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20" tall, 15" wide and 9" thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at Airports. If your bag doesn't fit in the box it won't be able to go inside the venue.
What are considered professional cameras and professional digital cameras?
Any camera with a removable lens will be considered a professional camera, and will not be allowed on the festival grounds.

Yes
Will there be Disabled person parking/bathrooms? Where?
Disabled person parking and bathrooms will be available at the All Points West festivals. More details about these facilities will follow soon.
Will I be able to find security if needed?
Yes
Will there be payphones inside the venue?
Sorry, No.
Will there be ATM machines?
Yes, ATMs will be accessible on the festival grounds.
Will there be a Lost & Found? (Lost keys, cell phones, etc.)
Yes, there will be a Lost & Found on the festival grounds. More details to follow soon.
Will there be an Information booth/area?
Yes, there will be an information booth area. More details to follow soon.
Will there be First Aid on site?
Yes. First Aid stations will be on site, clearly visible to find.
Will there be a mist tent?
Sorry, no, but there will be shaded areas.
Will there be drinking fountains?
Yes, there will be drinking fountains and numerous vendors around the festival grounds.
Will there be a sunglasses / visors or hats / sunscreen sold?
Yes, there will be booths on site with those items.
What's the deal with parking?
The only on-site parking available for this festival is with the purchase of a carpool pass. Carpool passes can be obtained with the purchase of four tickets to the festival. Carpool passes are available for Saturday and Sunday, in addition to a 3-day carpool pass. No single day carpool passes are available for Friday.
Is camping allowed at Liberty State Park?
There is absolutely NO camping permitted in the park. Check out Campgrounds of America for local campgrounds.
Parking, Taxis, Cars, Buses, Trains
I locked my keys in my car, my car won't start. Will there be assistance on site?
Emergency assistance for vehicles will be available for those parked on-site.
Where is the taxi and/or drop off/pick up point??
There will be no drop off/pick up point at the festival itself. It is recommended that all drop offs/pick ups occur at any of the number of light rail stations which bring the concert goers to the festival grounds. Please visit our Light Rail section for more information regarding light rail service to the festival grounds.
Can I sleep in my car in the parking lot?
Sorry no overnight parking is allowed.

Will there be tickets sold at the event?
If the festival doesn't sell out in advance, then tickets will be available at the box office on the show dates. 3-Day passes will not be available at the box office.

Every hotel is sold out. What can I do?
